1. BUDGET: Determine what you want your monthly payment to be, Determine how much you want to put down

2. LENDERS: Interview lenders, Crunch the numbers to determine how much home you can afford

3. HOME SEARCH: Determine what your 'must have' items are, Define the location you want to live in

4. OFFER ACCEPTED: Deposit money into your Brokerages Trust account

5. INSPECTION: 5-10 day inspection period and contingencies removed

6. CLOSING DAY: All contingencies fulfilled and documents signed to take possession

and finally...MOVE IN DAY!!
